Some rules race in private. When we freeze one, we publish its fingerprint. When we reveal it, you can check the file here. If the fingerprints match, the rule was never changed.

The fingerprint is the long code posted when the rule was frozen. It is not the secret line inside the file.

The file is checked on your device. Nothing is uploaded anywhere.
